HISTORY. . .
In 1985 local residents were concerned about their neighborhoods and how to improve them.  In June of 1985 these residents decided to start a neighborhood coalition of presidents and past presidents of homeowner's associations.  Mr. Don Waldman extended invitations to sixty-five subdivisions to meet at the Regency Park Civic Association Clubhouse.  At this first meeting the name C.O.N.A. was selected and bylaws were adopted.  C.O.N.A. was incorporated in 1987.

OUR MISSION
The object and purpose of this organization is to promote the general welfare and unity of civic, condo, homeowner associations and special districts; to disseminate information and education to these associations; promote the common good and collectively represent the interests of these groups before local and state governmental bodies.
